1. General Overview & Services
Tutti in Italia provides custom travel consulting, custom itinerary research and advisory, educational digital downloads, and private Italian language instruction. All services are intended for personal, non-commercial use by our clients.
2. Travel Consulting & Itinerary Disclaimers
Independent Advisory Role: Tutti in Italia acts solely as an independent travel research and advisory consultant. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or provider of transportation, lodging, or excursions.
Third-Party Suppliers: We do not own, operate, manage, or control any third-party travel suppliers, including hotels, villa rentals, tour operators, private drivers, airlines, or rail companies.
Limitation of Supplier Liability: Tutti in Italia is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, misrepresentations, delays, cancellations, personal injuries, death, property damage, or expenses resulting from performance or non-performance by any third-party supplier.
Subjective Preferences: Travel experiences, dining quality, room decor, and local service standards are inherently subjective. We do not guarantee personal satisfaction with third-party amenities or recommendations.
Travel Documents & Entry Requirements: Clients are solely responsible for acquiring and verifying all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, international driving permits, travel insurance, and health or entry requirements prior to departure.
Local Driving & Traffic Restrictions: Clients are responsible for understanding and adhering to local driving laws in Italy, including restricted traffic zones (ZTL - Zona a Traffico Limitato), toll systems, and parking regulations. Tutti in Italia is not responsible for traffic fines or penalties incurred by clients.
Force Majeure: Tutti in Italia is not liable for travel disruptions, delays, financial losses, or itinerary changes caused by natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
3. Italian Language Tutoring & Educational Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes: Language learning progress depends on individual effort, consistency, practice, and aptitude. Tutti in Italia provides high-quality, customized instruction, but does not guarantee specific fluency levels, test scores, or professional language proficiency within a designated timeframe.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Private tutoring sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the lesson fee for that scheduled session.
Intellectual Property Rights: All worksheets, original study guides, digital downloads, and custom curriculum provided by Tutti in Italia remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tutti in Italia. Materials are licensed strictly for individual personal use and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without express written permission.
4. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tutti in Italia, its founder, and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, reliance on our travel recommendations, or participation in tutoring sessions.
Our maximum total liability for any legal or equitable claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the client to Tutti in Italia for the specific service in question.
